Listing the Rights Issue Of Al Tawfeek Leasing Company - A.T.LEASE, Separately from its Underlying Shares of the Company (Main Market)

The Listing Committee held on 26/03/2025 has approved to:
· List the Rights issue of Al Tawfeek Leasing Company - A.T.LEASE, separately from its underlying shares of the company as Rights Issue Of Al Tawfeek Leasing Company - A.T.LEASE -3.
· The companys issued rights amounted to 176,530,050 rights resulting from the companys issued capital increase from EGP 558,674,875 to EGP 1 Billion. Such increase amounting EGP 441,325,125 distributed on 176,530,050 shares with a par value of EGP 2.5 per share, without issuance expenses,
· the increase is paid through cash subscription to the company existing shareholders and/or credit balances due to shareholders (owner of the shares by the end of 06/04/2025 trading session) within 0.7899 new share for each outstanding share.
Taking into consideration the following:-
§ The rights issue shall be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) Starting 09/04/2025 till the end of 27/04/2025 trading session only if the market price were higher than the subscription price , using the "ISIN Code (EGS923X1C014).
§ Trading on such rights issue shall be suspended by the end of 27/04/2025 trading session, in preparation for its finally remove from EGX database.
